Know More About Man Utd.

Manchester United

Official Club Name: Manchester United Football Club Year of Establishment: 1878 Home/Stadium: Manchester / Old Trafford (capacity: 62,000) Head Coach: Alex Ferguson Significant Players: Wayne Rooney, Ruud Van Nistelrooy, Rio Ferdinand, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, Cristiano Ronaldo
Manchester Utd. has been definitely the best team in the Premier League especially in 1990s. With its magnificent group of players, the team was at their best during 98-99 season when they took the Quadruple Crown by winning Premier Championship, FA Cup, Toyota Cup, and Champion's League, and they became the first team in history of English soccer to accomplish the honor. Manchester Utd., also known as the "Red Devils" for their red uniforms, has never gone down to Division II, and they have won more championships than any other teams in the league except Liverpool. The head coach, Alex Ferguson, is considered as one of the best coaches in the world.
How have they made their money? Their football glories are just a small part of the United money-making strategy. A clever marketing plan, built upon the celebrity of stars past and present including David Beckham and Eric Cantona, has made them a global brand. They also boast the biggest club stadium in England, which is full for every game. Yet this summer's takeover of the club by Malcolm Glazer - and its high levels of debt - has put a question mark against the club's future growth prospects.
While their ranks of global superstars may have diminished, United’s biggest asset remains the worldwide recognition of their name.

The History of the iPhone?

I found some history or rumor about the iPhone.

There may not be anyone who is as sick of the rumored, impending Apple mobile phone release than the writers here on Infinite Loop. Regardless, we trudge, doing our duty, reporting most sensical rumors and even some of the funnier, nonsensical ones. Some days it seems that these iPhone rumors have been circulating the "Internets" since the beginning of time. Well, thanks to this article, we can now safely say that they have, or at least since 1999, which is close to the beginning of time for some of us.
The article entails the saga that is the iPhone rumor-mill from the beginning, which they claim to way back in the year of nineteen-hundred and ninety-nine. We know you are curious, so we will tell you that 1999 is the year Apple registered iPhone.org and the rest has been a horrible, horrible downhill journey ever since.
The list just goes to show how rumors evolve over time, and especially with this one that has been going on for years, it's kind of funny now to read some of the older theories about the iPhone. One thing to note is that changes in the iPhone rumors have been occurring much more frequently lately. The list is really rather disgustingly up to date, and it ends with the much-rumored iPhone's release. It's a decent read, but please make it stop!
